Led by Lexie Williamson, this highly practical workshop is designed for endurance athletes interested in how yoga can enhance performance, prevent injury and strengthen the core. Focusing on pre-season training, this two-hour session will offer a range of techniques to prepare you both mentally and physically to compete or stick to your training goals.
