Yoga is the perfect complement to running! Whatever your flexibility, running ability and experience of yoga, you will be warmly welcomed in this workshop.
Find out how yoga helps to bring the body into balance, strengthening the muscles needed to run strong and injury-free and stretching those which can get tight from running. You will be guided through postures which work on stability, core strength, proprioceptive, mental focus and breathing, finishing with a relaxation. You will leave with simple postures to incorporate into your training week.
