SheJumps National Outdoor Education Director and Yoga Luna Instructor, Mel Harms will guide participants through a series of postures for both pre and apres ski. This workshop will teach you how to prep and pamper your body through yoga asanas to keep you ripping the pow all winter long!

Developing balance in your ski yoga routine, this will be a two part workshop. The first will focus on ski prep by taking you through a series designed for strength to build your ski body for peak performance as well as stability to keep you injury free. The second part of the night will focus on restorative asanas and guided meditation to help you learn to release and relax your muscles after hitting the slopes and improve your recovery time to bounce you back for more shredding!
