Yoga for Strength
3-week long course for building core and arm strength. This class will give you a solid foundation from which to begin practice of more advanced yoga poses. With a strong core and arms, fluidity and grace will come naturally to your practice, allowing you to build towards longer holds, more difficult transitions and inversions and arm balances.
