Tools for physical and mental resilience-building and time for nurturing in a safe, supportive environment. Gentle movement, breath work, guided relaxation and simple meditation.
No experience required. All levels class. Studio is street level and accessible to all.
Come as you are, get what you need, pay what you can.
Donation only class. These classes help us provide affordable wellness services to the wider community.
