SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY: Check in between 2 - 4pm
4pm: Welcome and Opening Session
6:30pm: Dinner
7:45pm: Evening Session

SATURDAY: 7am: Yoga
8am: Breakfast
9am: Morning Session: Experiential exercises using The Work of Byron Katie, meditation, partner work.
Noon-ish: Lunch
1pm - 3pm - Free time to explore the property, hike, meditate, take a yoga class, visit the Lotus Shrine.
3pm: Afternoon Session
6:30pm Dinner
7:45pm: Evening Session*

*As an option: On Saturday evening, there is a public program called Satsang, which includes Kirtan (chanting) that you are welcome to join.

June 26-28, 2015

Join Robyn Povich, Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie and Kripalu-RYT500 for a Weekend Retreat focused on who you are in relationships and what your expectations are for those you are in relationship with. Interlacing Yoga and The Work you’ll experience stretching your mind and body as you dive into inquiry and discover your own innate wisdom.

Is there a relationship (or two) in your life that brings you anxiety, grief or anger? Rather than try to suppress the judgments you have about others, we will use those judgments as a guide for self-realization. You may find that as you cease trying to get reality to match your stories of how it “should be,” you may begin to experience the peace and happiness that comes with allowing everything and everyone to be just as they are.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to learn more about yourself both physically and emotionally and notice how you show up in the world! Through group and individual exercises you will identify your most stressful stories and use The Work to unravel those stories and find peace. You will leave with new insights and the skills to take what you’ve learned into your life!

Gentle Yoga will be offered as part of our experiential learning.
Parts of the retreat will be held in silence.

About Robyn Povich:

Robyn is a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. She is also a Professional Co-active Coach and received her training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition, she completed CTI's Co-Active Leadership year-long Program and received training from Arbinger Institute to fulfill her Master Choice Coaches certificate. In addition to coaching and facilitation of The Work, Robyn is a Professional Level Yoga Teacher (RYT500). She received her training from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and Shakti Initiation in Bali, Indonesia.

Robyn's commitment to you is to help you find your voice and speak your truth. As your coach/facilitator she will help you move beyond self-limiting thoughts and behaviors by asking the hard questions and empowering you to find those answers within yourself.
