9.30am-12.00pm How can we do a flowing morning practice that does not aggravate shoulder inflammation? Dynamic, flowing morning practice using vinyasa yoga techniques that include asana, pranayama and mantra.
12.00-1.30pm-Lunch Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch in the blissful surrounds of the Pine Rivers Yoga garden, followed by a walk through the woods if desired.
1.30-3.30-pm Afternoon practice including gentler asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra suitable for the stages of shoulder injury from acute to full functionality and strength. A powerpoint presentation will begin these sessions.
