The classes will build strong quads and core, open the hips and help develop a better sense of balance to make a big difference to how you perform your winter sports and give you flight down the slopes! It is for all yoga levels, even beginners. It will also help avoid injuries by building stability and muscle tone around the knee and hip joints. Rachel is a skier so really understand the complimentary benefits of yoga for skiing.
