This retreat will offer a variety or workshops and yoga classes including but not limited to Spiritual, Introspection, Journaling, Plant Based Lifestyle, Prayer time & Meditation.

We invite you to participate in our 4th annual for the Soul Christ-centered Retreat. This year we will focus on nourishing our souls & our bodies.
Mindy Scott, Christian Coach & Mentor will lead us through two workshops exploring what influences our lives and how we nourish our Souls. We will have the opportunity for short one on one meetings with Mindy, private & corporate prayer time, time for journaling and time for soaking in God’s word on our mats.
We will explore various ways of nourishing our bodies through exercise and food.
We will offer classes led by your very own YFTS teachers, Sandi, Lisa & Dianne, and Marta Bailey-Hopkins our friend and colleague of Dunamis Yoga, Chicago Illinois will return to lead a class and participate in our retreat.
Our two hour core & balance workshop led by Master Yoga Teacher, friend & colleague, Christy Burnett.
Sandi & Lisa will offer two different workshops exposing you to the life style changes they made regarding the foods they eat.
Sandi will share her plant based diet by explaining what a plant based diet entails, how to replace the unhealthy foods we crave with whole foods, she will share a few of her favorite recipes, & she will make and share easy healthy desserts.
Lisa will share her Paleo eating style along with her knowledge of Protein powders, basic supplements, the foods to eat for muscle mass retention, & she will demonstrate making shakes & green drinks using her Nutri-bullet.
