Yoga for Travel:
Travel is an integral part of modern life especially during the summer vacation months. Whether we are taking a long and leisurely road trip or flying off to exciting new lands, long journeys cause fatigue, stiffness in the body and dullness in the mind. There can be cramped muscle, sore joints, swollen feet, sour moods! Fortunately there is yoga that can be done before, during and after a trip to stay both healthy and energetic.

Feel free to bring a notebook and pen to this workshop.
