Also included in this course is a private one-on-one yogi mentoring session with Lori to help you set goals, create challenges, and establish rewards for your success.

Note * medical approval should be obtained before beginning any weight loss program.

*We will be meeting Saturdays, 4/5-5/31 from 11:45-1:45 with the exception of Sat. 5/3.
