This four week class session will be held on the following dates/times: Monday, May 9th, Monday, May 16th, Monday, May 23rd at 7:15 , and Tuesday, May 31st at 7:45 During this session, we will use a combination of pranayama, asana, and meditation techniques to stimulate metabolism, build muscle, and focus the mind on healthy choices.



This is a four week class. Price is for the full session. Cash or check accepted.
