Yoga for Women
Yoga is about learning to relax deeply. More deeply than we can imagine when we first start the journey. There is no need to be super-bendy, or super-skinny. This class is for women of all shapes and sizes.
Likely benefits: increased flexibility, sustained calmness, better health, more strength, improved mood, and access to meditative states.
10-week class running from Wed 8/1/14 until Wed 19/3/14, 7pm-8pm.
