Yoga For Women
Yoga is about learning to relax deeply. That is to relax more deeply than we can imagine when we first start out. There is no need to be super-bendy, or super-skinny. This class is for women of all shapes and sizes.

These classes will take you on an enjoyable journey back home. We will start with gentle standing postures to help you leave work behind. An wide range of poses in the lying position will take care of your whole body and leave you feeling balanced and energised within. This series (Tri-Dosha Balancing) is designed to give your entire energy system a rejuvenating, yet calming, treat.
