During menstruation we are very sensible and many of us have painful cramps. In this workshop we create a safe space and learn how specific Yoga poses relax the pelvic area and how to take care about ourselfs. We experience standing and relaxation poses which are not only beneficial during menstruation but also help to improve health and reduce stress in our daily life. The poses can easily be practiced at home.
