Yoga for Women's Health
An invitation for all women to step away from the demands of daily life to slow down, balance and replenish your energy and to enjoy deep rest. To create some space to connect to yourself and to be enveloped in feminine energy, which can so easily feel distant in a world where are living and navigating ourselves within the masculine.
Type of Event
Class finishes at 13:00 with the invitation to stay for tea and snacks to connect with other women in your community after class.
This class and sacred women's circle is a chance to gather yourself in, replenish and balance your energy and to embrace deep, nurturing rest - as well as a chance to connect with other women in your community.
We will be exploring a variety of therapeutic and enlivening yoga practices to support hormonal and emotional balancing and female vitality through our different cycles as women.
We will enjoy dance-like flows to feel and embrace our individual creativity, standing postures for grounding and feeling into our personal power and end with comforting rest to rejuvenate and restore our physical and emotional energy.
If you're longing for a space to move freely, for a deeper connection to the feminine within and around you and a space to explore and express your creative essence and deep wisdom as a woman, then please do join for this special gathering.
Whether you are in your menstruating cycles, moving toward or through menopause, pregnant or trying to conceive or none of the above, all women will benefit from this deeply supportive and nurturing class.
The invitation is to then stay for tea, snacks and a chat together with other women in your community after the class.
Throughout the workshop, we will also be using my personally crafted aromatherapy blend GODDESS to enhance and support our experience - a sweet, floral blend mindfully created to support women’s overall health and well-being.
Rebecca has been trained by Dr Uma Dinsmore-Tulli and is a Womb Yoga teacher. The practice of Womb Yoga enables us to access the inner guidance of our source wisdom so that we may more readily reside in well-being and peace with our experiences as women.
