Yoga for Writers
Yoga for Writers is a workshop for stress relief, creativity, and inspiration. Writers will learn yoga, breathing, and meditation exercises to support their writing and creativity.

This is a two-class workshop: December 5 & 12, 2015, 1-3 pm.
Cost for both days is $50 CAD + HST. Register by Thursday, December 3, 2015.
This workshop is designed for fiction writers, poets, bloggers, journalists, and anyone else who puts pen to paper or finger to keyboard. You will learn a series of yoga, breathing, and meditation exercises to help you: relieve tension after long writing sessions; develop better focus for writing; become more aware of the world around you; turn off your racing mind at the end of the day. | No yoga experience is needed. Wear loose-fitting clothing. Bring your favorite notebook and writing instrument.
