In May, we'll be focusing on the upper back and shoulders. Using specific postures and exercises to encourage strength, alignment and flexibility.
These mini workshops have a maximum of 6 participants, meaning that 1-2-1 attention is guaranteed.
The Level 1 workshop is ideal if you are new to yoga or have any particular back or shoulder issues.
Level 2 is ideal for those of you with more yoga experience.
