Yoga Foundation Course
Yoga Foundation Course, licensed by Seasonal Yoga in Glasgow. Focussing on establishing a home practice incorporating postures and flows, breathing, meditation, anatomy and lifestyle.
Type of Event
Approximately 2 Saturday afternoons per month over 5 months. 50 hours in class time. 50 hours home practice, supported by workbooks and online videos.
Sessions run 1-6pm with a tea/coffee break.
Yoga Foundation course which focusses on establishing a home practice incorporating postures and flows, breathing, meditation, anatomy and lifestyle.
Divided into 5 modules (2 afternoons per module) which follow the 5 elements or phases of Chinese medicine. The 5 elements are used as a framework for the course.
A course book and workbook are provided for each student, and there is also full online support for the duration of the course, including videos of the practices and lectures.
