Yoga, Guided Journaling and Singing Bowls Workshop.
Explore and express yourself more creatively through the healing and transformative practices of yoga and guided journaling. We will conclude with a sound bath of crystal singing bowls to assist the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Type of Event
Come in Yoga or comfortable clothes. Bring a notepad and a pencil. Healthy snacks, fruits and tea will be enjoyed during a break halfway through the class.
Guided journaling exercises will help you to see yourself in a more transparent and profound way, listening to the voice of your soul. The workshop will begin with a soulful yoga practice, allowing you to dive deeper within your body, mind and spirit in preparation for the session of guided journaling.
The class will be structured around examining questions that elicit self-reflection and deeper insight into your innermost self. After each writing exercise, you will have the opportunity to explore and share whatever feelings or glimpses of wisdom arose during the exercise. Together we will create a safe and nourishing sharing circle where we can joyfully shed our masks and show up as our true selves.
*Writing experience is not necessary. Please bring a mat, notebook, and pen.
