Patricia is a Nutritional Counselor, Hatha Yoga Instructor for Stanford University Health Improvement Program, Weekly Manager of Monday Vegan Dinners, and provides Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions.
She is a knowledgeable Hidden Villa trail guide. In fact, she lived as a staff member on the farm for 5 years.

Before we begin our hike, Patricia will guide you with the best standing stretches to care for your back, hamstrings and quads! We will stop along the way for review, questions and learning other ways to make the most of both Yoga techniques and making the most of hiking safely and within your comfort level.
This Yoga Hike is a fun way to enjoy the scenic Hidden Villa Trails and learn more about loving and caring for your body. Wear comfortable stretchable or loose fitting clothing and comfortable walking/hiking shoes.
