10 day Yoga Holiday on the Greek Island of Aegina with Jody and Sarah. This will be Jody's 12th trip to this venue, twice as a students and 10th teaching on Yoga holidays. When a gem like this is discovered it will be returned to many times! There will be 2 x Yoga classes per day with Jody, early morning at 8.00 and late afternoon at 5.30, so avoiding the hottest part of the day, one day off mid holiday. Sarah is joining Jody again this year with 1 treatment as part of your holiday.

The price for the Yoga holiday is £450 in advance, PLUS Euros 320 once we arrive at the venue.
This beautiful 19th century mansion is surrounded by a huge garden about 300 metres from the sea. Lovingly restored to provide an atmosphere of peace and inspiration, an oasis on your journey. It really does have a magical feel of 'coming home'. The perfect space to unwind, relax and immerse deeper into your Yoga practice and you. All the rooms are spacious and bright with stunning far reaching views, either to the sea or countryside. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you want to come inside out of the midday sun! Lots of space both in the house and garden to unwind, with the sea and small beach café a short walk away. This is a quiet place to be. The town of Aegina is a 25 minute walk away with it's many Tavernas and shops.
Yoga classes will include asana, pranayama, meditation, maybe a little chanting, some time for discussion and generally allowing the holiday to flow and respond to students during the trip.
You will receive one treatment with Sarah soon after you arrive and may book as many with Sarah and Jody as you wish during your holiday. Sarah offers Auricular Acupuncture, Ayurvedic therapies and Mind Detox, Jody offers Thai massage, body massage and Reflexology.
The price of the 10 day holiday includes shared accommodation (single supplement of £150 has limited availability), all Yoga classes and 1 treatment with Sarah.
Please note your food and travel are not included.
Travel - the nearest airport is Athens, from there a bus or taxi to the port of Piraeus, a ferry or catamaran to the Island of Aegina and then a short taxi to our venue.
Food- we all put money into a kitty for brunch and dinners at the house. Last year this worked out about Euros 70 for the 10 days. This is a self-catering holiday so we all share the food shopping/preparation etc. All food at the house is vegetarian.
