A wonderful week in the beautiful Suleyman's Gardens of deeply relaxing and restoring yoga, to help open, release, restore and balance the body and mind. In between classes you can swim in the sea or pool, walk the Lycean Way, sight-see, read, rest. The delicious organic vegetarian food is grown on the venue's grounds.

Yoga sessions before a delicious breakfast and dinner. The morning session will be more invigorating and the evening session more restorative. The breath will be the starting point from which the body moves into postures and motion. You will feel much more connected to your physical and mental self, and your true Self.
