Yoga Holiday in magical Corfu
Five hours of integrated yoga practice daily! Beautiful golden light, silvery-shimmering Olive groves, hidden beach coves with a turquoise-blue sea and long stretches of sandy beach - these are all perfect ingredients for a Yoga holiday away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
Type of Event
5 hours of integrated yoga practice daily.
Morning: 3 hours dynamic Hatha Vinyasa Flow including meditation and pranayama.
Evening: 2 hours restorative/yin yoga and mantra singing.
• Accommodation (7 nights) in a double room in ‘Haus Hoys’ or an apartment. (Double rooms may be used for single occupancy at a slight increase in price.)
• Delicious breakfast buffet and vegetarian evening meal using local fresh products
• All yoga classes
• Shared taxi to and from the airport.
You will stay in the newly-opened Club Mythos Corfu situated in the picturesque village of Arillas. Centrally situated and yet peaceful and quiet. The beach, cafés, bars and little shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is surrounded by olive groves and offers its guests the opportunity to relax on the beach or enjoy long walks to hidden coves or old mountain villages.

The schedule offers five hours of integrated yoga practice daily: In the morning, three hours dynamic Hatha Vinyasa Flow including meditation and pranayama - in the evening two hours restorative and Yin Yoga.
Claire Dalloz grew up in West Africa and discovered yoga in 1984 during her studies in England. She studied Sivananda Yoga in New York and Iyengar Yoga in England. For many years she practiced Ashtanga Yoga intensely.
Claire is registered with EYU (European Yoga Union) and Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
Her teaching focuses on correct alignment in order for optimal breathing and flow of energy to take place. Each and every moment on or off the mat is an opportunity to live and breathe freely - it begins with conscious placement of the body, evening out imbalances and ultimately finding peace of mind! Claire adapts her classes to suit the needs of the participants and where necessary provides modifications of positions so that each participant is able to practice at his level of experience and deepen his experience.
