During this course Jackie will guide you to explore how gentle yoga and mindfulness exercises can help body and mind to fully stretch, relax and 'let go' of stress. It won’t make your frustration, stress, anxiety, regrets, or even thoughts go away but it will teach you how to let go of those feelings & thoughts & not let them affect you so much.
This gentle but thorough course will help you find the stillness & present moment awareness that is missing in so many of our busy lives, so that you can fully experience the vibrancy of life right now. You'll be given workbooks & guidance by Jackie & there'll be time for questions & ponderings at each session.
Meditation, yoga & mindfulness practices offer the opportunity to deeply explore the reality of life, to find out how things really are. This is a knowledge available to everybody, regardless of background, religion, age, size, weight, job or belief.
