Yoga in the Park
Enjoy a good-morning Yoga flow in the park overlooking beautiful Shell Lake. Please BYO mat/towel and any extras you may need (shades, sunscreen, etc).

Yoga starts at 9:15 and lasts about 45 minutes. You can come early or stay after to enjoy the park and lake or have a coffee at Scoop 'n Brew across the road :) Watch the facebook page for weather cancellations.
This is a Community Class, which means the cost is by donation.
Get your weekend started right with Yoga in the Park! Yoga in the Park is open to people of all ages and abilities. It is a "community class" which means participation is by donation and you get to decide how much you pay - if you wish to practice here, cost should not keep you away :)
This is not a gentle class per se, but it is not exactly Power Yoga, either. If you can stand, sit, and transition between the two under your own power, I invite you to join us for Yoga in the Park! Stronger movement options will be offered for those who want it - if you don't, just take the simpler movement options :) Ultimately you can plan for a slow moving, flowing, yoga class overlooking the lake with posture options suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Using the natural surroundings as a guide, you will be encouraged to find your own natural expression of each shape. Yoga will be about 45 minutes, but you are welcome to come early or stay later and just enjoy the beautiful park by the lake with friends and family.
Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket/towel/shoes and anything you need to be comfortable (shades, sunscreen, etc.)
