Yoga in the Park
Reconnect with nature and others in these socially distanced classes held outdoors. Drop-in only at $15/ class due to ever-changing weather and government regulations. Limit of 20 people per class.

These 75 minute classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday but are subject to good weather and government regulations regarding the pandemic.
Experience yoga classes in nature's fullness while connecting to the well of wisdom within yourself. Classes will last approximately 75 minutes and will be held in the space adjacent to the Stone Barn in William F. Lede Park. Participants will need to reserve their place and pay in advance in order to to save their spot. E-transfer will be the only method of payment accepted at this time to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The daily class rate is $15/ person. There will be no pre-registered classes due to the unpredictable nature of weather and daily changes in government regulations. Bring a bottle of water, a large beach towel, protective sungear, weather appropriate clothing, insect repellant, a yoga mat and anything else you feel would enhance your yoga practice to each class. If you have yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps you may wish to bring these for yourself as well- I will not be able to lend these supplies, in order to prevent the spread. Classes will be cancelled should thunderstorms occur on the scheduled date, and participants will be notified of any additional schedule changes. Classes will be held on Mondays at 6PM and Wednesdays at 6PM. Find balance, wellness and calm while reconnecting with nature and people.
