This series is designed for beginners, but can be attended by practitioners of any experience level.

Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:00 PM starting April 14, 2015. Class dates will be April 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30.
The cost includes six sessions. Mats, blankets and other props will be provided at no cost.
This six class series is designed to offer beginners a solid foundation of basic yoga philosophy, asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) in order to prepare them for the studio class setting. Each 90 minute class will consist of a breath practice, basic poses with alignment direction and modifications, when needed. Emphasis will be placed on Sthira Sukham Asanam, finding a steady, comfortable pose for your body.
