Yoga Intro at Pilates Studio Lake Tahoe
Yoga Intro is a six class series introducing the practice of Hatha Yoga to new practitioners.
Type of Event
This six class series will introduce the practice of yoga to beginning students. Each class will be 1 1/2 hours long. We will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
Registration for the entire series is required. The cost includes all six sessions.
Join us again this spring for Yoga Intro, a six class series introducing the practice of yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Each 1 1/2 hour class will include a short dharma, pranayama (breath) and asana (poses). Meditation will also be introduced in one of the sessions. Props will be available for the teaching team to bring you into poses comfortably and safely. Our series filled quickly last year so please sign up soon!
