For ALL levels, with minimum 6 months yoga experience. Whether you’re curious about taking first steps towards SAFE yoga inversions, or interested in fine tuning some of these magnificent poses, there are options for EVERYONE.

There isn’t always time in a regular yoga class to give inversions the attention they deserve and experience their many benefits. In this workshop, explore various inversion poses in stages and with ease, building confidence about being upside down!
By practicing safely, you can enjoy yoga inversions – they’re powerful poses because they rejuvenate the endocrine system, help to regulate blood pressure, improve circulation, build core strength and reverse the action of gravity on your body.
