8.00—10:30 Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation
11:00 brunch
12:00—17:00 time at your disposal
17:00—18:30 Yin yoga or 16:00-20:00 hiking

We´ll flow through inspiring Vinyasa Flow Sequences, dynamic and creative and combine the Asana practice with the exploration of Alignment principles
Immerse yourself into the calm, deep opening & meditative practice of Yin Yoga, experiencing the power of conscious breathing.
