Morning yoga practice, afternoon massage workshop & nature walk/wild food.

A yoga practice with Liz Turner to connect with ourselves. A great chance for strengthening, relaxation and calming the mind and body. Including yoga nidra - guided deep relaxation to build up inner peace. We will also enjoy healthy treats and herbal teas.
After lunch Pippa Griffin an experienced masseuse, will lead a session that will help us connect with others through the art of touch. Using partner work Pippa will teach some introductory level techniques that you will be able to take away with you. The ideal gift for friends, family and loved ones.
After connecting with others, we will widen our experience to nature! We will take a meditative walk outside, taking time to connect with trees, flowers, plants, water, sky and whatever else we encounter. We will sample some wild foods/teas to whet our taste buds as well as all our other senses.
