Practicing yoga and meditation in this wonderful place is a real blessing. Being in such close contact with nature in some of its purest and most raw forms you will find it so much easier to disconnect from the stresses and worries of everyday life, and feel yourself returning ‘home’, feel your connection with Spirit and Oneness deepen with each day.

Yoga classes will take place at the hotel where you will stay – Amanda Hotel – a relaxed, charming space, open to the elements and within the sound of the waves washing on the shore. Jørn teaches the Hatha yoga classes and Sara the Kundalini Yoga classes.

On three days we will be out in the deep desert, in places so vast, and yet so silent, that you will feel as if you are the first human to touch the earth there. Spend the night beneath a desert sky so impossibly full of stars you may be in danger of thinking you’ve joined the angels.

Full Description

Experience the spiritual Egypt and the amazing Red Sea – 2013

After our first very magically trip to Dahab in March 2013. We offer you again a yoga week in Nov/Dec 2013 – with Hatha and Kundalini yoga, meditation, days in the desert, snorkeling in the Red Sea and much more.

Dahab is a small town nestling between the majestic sandstone and Granite Mountains of the Sinai Peninsula and the turquoise waters of the Red Sea. The name itself – Dahab – means ‘gold’ in Arabic and you will understand why when you see for yourself the sun setting over the desert, turning it a stunning burnished gold. Sinai is one of the most powerful spiritual places on earth, where many of the tales from the Bible, Koran and other holy books took place, and where a magical peaceful energy still resides.
