Join Hanna Campbell in this 2-hour introductory workshop and learn about yoga and meditation in a fun, safe and supportive space, regardless of how flexible you are!
This practical session will include a talk about the history and philosophy of yoga alongside being taught some of the foundational physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) & different methods of meditation and relaxation. You will leave with an understanding of what yoga is all about and an idea of how you can incorporate it into your daily life.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who is a total beginner and for those who have some experience but wish to review the very basics of the practice.
