Asana flowing on breath with respect to each one's needs, pranayama to detox and then fully oxygenate, meditation in the authentic tradition of the Buddha, Vedic chant & kirtan to pacify difficult emotions and to bring joy, the transformative practices of lovingkindness & compassion.
