Yoga teacher Yuli makes you experience yoga as an effective tool for self healing and increasing awareness. Yoga can help you calm and even empty your mind. After a few sessions at our yoga retreat you will feel your stress levels go down. This goes well with the Pelan Pelan mentality here in Bali!
Since she was a young girl, Yuli has been interested in spiritual life and started meditation and yoga. She learned how to teach Yoga when she turned 18 years old, Yuli combines her yoga lessons with the positive energy from her Balinese Hindu culture, which makes you feel full of positive energy after a session with her. You can book separate yoga lessons or meditation sessions or choose a package deal which includes multiple sessions.

Traditional Balinese massages release tension, free the muscle tissues of toxins and improve the body's circulation of blood. Balinese massage is a healing approach to massage developed in here Bali, with influences from the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia.
Balinese massage techniques include acupressure, skin rolling and flicking, firm and gentle stroking, percussion, and the application of essential oils. You can enjoy your massage in the comfort of your own room. Our therapists will release stress and body aches, while your spirit is lifted.
