January is a powerful time to make a brand-new start, devoting time to ourselves where we can reflect, re-energise and refocus our bodies and minds. It is a chance to clear away old habits that hold us back from growth and transformation and set new ones that support us in living our best life.
On Saturday January 4th join Tash Sekar for a nourishing Vinyasa flow practice focused on standing and balancing postures to ground and connect us to the support of the earth before coming down onto our mats for some deep meditation. Once we have connected to our body’s sense of understanding, there will be time to reflect on 2019 and set positive intentions that you wish to focus on for the year ahead. What better way to start 2020!
