Type of Event
We will have 2 yoga sessions, journalling and self reflection time, a nature walk, a healthy lunch will be provided. We will also discuss how to create a daily meditation practice at home and the health benefits. Mini massage therapy and healthy lunch provided as well as information on the health benefits of a healthy plant based diet.
No need to leave town! Join us for an introspective and relaxing day of study and practice on yoga, wellness, and meditation! We will have two yoga sessions, journaling time, learn how to create a meditation practice daily at home and the health benefits, enjoy a healthy lunch and learn about the health benefits of a whole foods plant based diet. We will also take a nature walk. Please bring warm clothes and a water bottle for the walk, a yoga mat, and a journal.
