Yoga meets Positive Psychology
It´s all about the science about what do human beings need to thrive to say at the end of the life "That was a good life".
Type of Event
Once a week we meet for 90 minutes. A possibility to come and hear something about this course (or ask what you wanna need to know) is on the 26th of August, also 18.30 o'clock.

In this course, you can learn what you can do by yourself to flourish, to feel good.
