Yoga, Mindfulness and Nordic Walking Fusion in the Forest
A beautiful way to experience "me time" out in the beautiful New Forest and work on your fitness at the same time :-)
Type of Event
We will meet at The Hobler Inn which has a large carpark, free to use.
Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to develop our fitness and dovetails beautifully with Yoga - the more present we can be with the practice, the more we will get out of it.
Weather permitting we will use headphones to deepen the experience. Please wear appropriate gear and ideally walking boots with good flexibility - there might be some mud and wellies are not suitable for Nordic Walking!
If it is raining cats and dogs we will practice Yoga in the garden room at The Hobler.
No experience of Yoga or Nordic Walking is necessary but it's helpful if you have some experience of using poles and you will want to be happy walking for an hour at a reasonable pace.
