This is an experiential processing & support group.
Each session is rooted in a different therapeutic theme and includes an all-levels yoga practice (no prior yoga experience needed) with mindfulness exercises. Each week builds upon the previous week & offers participants a unique opportunity to practice & develop therapeutic self-care skills in a supportive & welcoming environment.
Processing and sharing among participants is encouraged, but not required. Enrollment for this group is limited to 10 people.
