Classes are suitable for all level, we have mats and all the equipment you'll need, and classes are small so you'll get lots of individual attention.
We practice Hatha Yoga and I also incorporate principles of Iyengar and Viniyoga to build stamina and gain flexibility.
£15 for drop in classes
I'm an experienced yoga teacher (9yrs), therapist (6yrs) and healer. In my previous life I was also a city worker - So having sat at a desk for over 25 years I know what it can do to the body and the mind.
