We will come together in practice and friendship to celebrate life in a very special way. This week on the magical Amalfi coast will be an exploration of ritual, finding your inner rhythms and setting your voice and expression free. A unique blend of yoga, meditation, plant medicine and music, we will guide you, hold you and offer beautiful new perspectives.
Omer and Molly have been teaching and sharing their love of ritual and practice for many years independently. One aspect of the journey that has become important to them both is the idea of integration. Sometimes it is easy to have a profound experience. But landing back into ‘real’ life with that treasure is often very difficult.
With this in mind, we are coming together with our respective disciplines to create a week-long retreat that both prepares us more gracefully for ritual, but also teaches and encourages the exploration of tools that help us to bring the wisdom of rituals more easily into our 'real' lives. It is beautiful to practice together, but if we cannot integrate the wisdom we receive we have not really received the message. Join us, in our first celebration together, to dive deeper, fly higher and land gracefully. We look forward to sharing a week of not only magnificent and profound work, but celebration, integration, community and connection.
Our daily schedule will consist of morning yoga, meditation and pranayama and afternoon sessions with song, music, mantra and expression. During the week we will participate in two ceremonies. Our practices are about coming together as a community, deepening our ability to listen, exploring our voice, tuning into our intentions and holding them steady and transcending those things that keep us from our truest expression. Combine this with three wonderful local meals per day, a few explorations of the area, plenty of time to relax, swim, laugh and
and you’ve got the ingredients for a magical week together!
We will be based in a villa just outside the center of Sorrento. Built in 1870, it sits amongst the biggest historical lemon grove in the south of Italy. The grove is home to a resident horse, cows and chickens, and the property supports us with a beautiful lawn, paths to stroll along and private access to the sea via an old Roman cave. This will be a beautiful, unique and inspiring place for our work.
The closest airport to Sorrento is Naples International Airport. From there, participants can take a shuttle directly to Sorrento train station for group pick up. There are many direct flights into Rome Fiumicino International Airport as well, but from here it is approximately two hours by train to Sorrento.
