Come and join me every month for a relaxing evening of Yoga Nidra.
We will start the session with some simple yoga postures to help the body feel more comfortable followed by some simple breathing techniques to slow and calm the mind.
I will then guide you through a 40 minute Yoga nidra meditation/relaxation.
If this doesn’t sound yummy enough, we will end the session with tea and cake!
