Yoga Nidra uses guided meditation to bring you to a place of total relaxation yet you remain conscious. It is in this deep relaxation that we can bypass the mind using the backdoor to our subconscious. It is there where we plant positive intentions for well being. Bring a mat, pillow if needed and a blanket.

Your teacher Cindy has been trained by the Amrit Yoga Institute in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. We are now introducing this method to our students here in Titusville. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket or pillow if you need a bolster. We do have chairs available as well
