Ancient wisdom tells us we live our conscious lives through our 5 senses. In this modern day, we are constantly bombarded and without realising we create tension. Tension is constriction and amasses in different layers of the human personality, muscular, emotional and mental. Collectively these tensions manifest and we see signs of unhappiness in self, ungroundedness, aggression and psychosomatic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, migraines, asthma, ulcers, digestive disorders and skin diseases. Modern medical science can tackle these, however sometimes the real problem does not come from the body, it originates from thinking and feeling deeply imbedded in our unconscious.

Yoga Nidra follow 8 steps which is systematically designed to take us through the archetype of our driving forces. Through Sankalpa (resolution) we reprogramme our driving force away from negative ones and step into the positive ones. Through visualisation we increase conscious awareness.
