Ferry to Bainbridge on the 6:20pm boat leaving Seattle. Fifteen minute walk to the studio from the dock. If you contact the studio in advance they may shuttle you to the studio for the workshop.

We'll begin with a traditional class opening. Then use simple alignment-based asana to prepare the body to lie still. Once achieved we take a short break then discuss setting an intention (sankalpa) and setting up for the "Nidra". After refining your setting and selecting your personal and private intention, into the guided relaxation you will travel.
AS the consciousness is withdrawn from the physical form the subconscious mind opens for receiving the intention. You gradually return to your body with an opportunity to support the lasting change you've intended.
