Our class starts with restorative yoga postures to prepare your body, energy body and mind for Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) Through guided meditation, you will go through the Pancha Maya Kosha (5 layers of self) During Yoga Nidra you will lie on your back or side supported by yoga props. This practice reduces stress and supports your ability to calm your nervous system. $20.00 investment/ Tula members $15.00
