Feeling stressed and overwhelmed by the hustle & bustle of the Holiday Season? Ever wish the last minutes of Savasana lasted longer?

Yoga Nidra (translated as Yoga Sleep) is really more ‘sleep with awareness’. Guided by your teacher’s voice, you will gently identify and relax body sensations, with an awareness of deepening and slowing the breath while being supported with bolsters, blankets & eye pillows. As you move through the hour, find yourself in a deeper relaxed state of awareness, relieving the accumulated tension and leaving refreshed to continue with your Holiday Bliss! Bring your favorite blanket, socks, and/or eye pillow and mug for hot cider!
We will practice:
*Creating a Sankalpa (a heartfelt intention)
*Visualizations
*Mindful Meditation

*45 minute Yoga Nidra session
