Richard Brookens of Yellow Bell Music is an arranger/composer and multi-instrumentalist, whose exquisite music is featured on Julie’s Yoga Nidra CDs. From saxophone to flutes and drums, Richard creates beautiful sounds and also performs kirtan concerts throughout South Florida.
Julie is a senior yoga teacher and has been sharing movement, mindfulness, and meditation techniques since 2007, to lead people to a state of deep relaxation. Her most humbling yoga Zing! is guiding Yoga Nidra and observing the powerful, positive effects of this ancient practice.
